What's up y’all, make some noise! I'm Caitland. I live in the GORGEOUS Prince George's County, Maryland (Pretty Girls stand up!). I'm a UX Designer and certified skincare lover. I know what it takes to heal my skin from years of practice and learning from beautiful Black estheticians online like the one and only Sean Garrette (I could go on all day). But I also know what it's like to help work with teams on projects that make a difference from my experience at Amazon. I know exactly what it feels like to be a spotty hottie. I've lived it and it's normal. I've also lived with the negative effects that acne and hyperpigmentation have had on my self-esteem and I've grown from it. I love that Topicals has transformed and illuminated the skincare industry by not only highlighting skincare issues but also showing REAL skin in their marketing. I especially love how y’all have been getting the hottest girlies (and guys) to help represent the brand in ads👏🏾. I admire the way that you market your products, collaborate with other brands as well as give back to the community, and I would love the opportunity to help with that mission as your next Junior Digital Designer.✨
